• Who is our client, what are their business aims, and how can we deliver a solution that improves their relationship with their customers?
• What is the challenge being faced by our client. Can the system be improved in order to meet the needs of our client, and their customers in a way that is "better, faster and cheaper" than what is being used currently?
• What is the best solution? Naturally, this question factors in such important issues of cost, time to deliver and feasibility.
• What were the results? Critical to answering this question is the necessity of defining the success criteria prior to the start of development work.
